Procto-Synalar N – Hemorrhoid Treatment Cream

Rectal cream – 15 g tube. Each package includes a special applicator.
Each gram of cream contains fluocinolone acetonide 0.1 mg and lidocaine hydrochloride 20 mg.
Procto-Synalar N is an effective hemorrhoid cream designed to provide fast relief of symptoms from the very first application. Thanks to its unique combination of active ingredients, it helps reduce inflammation and quickly relieves pain, burning, swelling, and itching. It is suitable for the symptomatic treatment of both internal and external hemorrhoids, as well as other anorectal conditions.
Anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving action
Procto-Synalar N contains fluocinolone acetonide, a potent topical corticosteroid with strong anti-inflammatory, anti-itch, and vasoconstrictive properties. It helps reduce inflammation and discomfort while supporting the healing process of the skin and mucous membrane. Lidocaine is a powerful local anesthetic that provides fast pain relief and soothes irritation, ensuring immediate comfort.
Indications
The product is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of inflammation and itching in skin conditions that respond to topical corticosteroids, such as:

Directions for use
Apply a small amount of cream gently to the affected area 2–3 times daily. The cream can also be applied inside the rectum using the included applicator. The usual duration of treatment is 1–2 weeks.
Precautions and warnings
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Avoid prolonged use without medical advice. In case of infection, appropriate antimicrobial or antifungal treatment is recommended. If irritation or rectal bleeding occurs, discontinue use. Do not use for more than two weeks without consulting a healthcare professional. This product does not replace treatment of the underlying cause of hemorrhoids, such as proper hygiene or constipation management.
