Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Vamirox online store, operated by ALPHA CARE, headquartered in the Republic of Greece, delivers within the territory of Bulgaria through the courier company Econt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.1 Delivery methods<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deliveries are carried out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To an Econt office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To the customer\u2019s address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When placing an order, the customer can choose the preferred delivery method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.2 Delivery time<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The usual delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation.<br>During busy periods or holidays, the delivery time may be extended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.3 Delivery cost<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout according to Econt\u2019s tariffs.<br>Free delivery may be available during certain promotions or under specific conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.4 Order confirmation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All orders are confirmed by phone or email.<br>The Merchant reserves the right to refuse shipment in case of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incomplete or incorrect information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inability to contact the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspicion of abuse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.5 Inspection and testing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon delivery, the customer has the right to inspect the product before payment, in accordance with Econt\u2019s terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is made via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cash on delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other methods, if available on the website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Returns and withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.1 Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.2 Return conditions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be accepted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be in its original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must not show signs of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be accompanied by all documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Merchant reserves the right to refuse returns if the product integrity is violated or the product has been used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.3 Return costs<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defective product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrectly delivered product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount will be refunded within up to 14 days after receiving the returned product.<br>Refunds are made via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Another agreed method<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
